[In addition to future commercial arrangements, Gusai Susumu has grounds to purchase Location, Port Network and Merchant Master for East Port. If he does so, he will receive Product (1) for free to represent cargoes Anwar al-Basiri dedicates for local shipping, mostly exotic food ingredients. Once he does it, he would need no further justification to conduct Trade actions with Walrus.]

[Susumu may also choose to sell his extant cargoes to Anwar at agreed fair prices, corrected for Tension! score of the day (so it may be beneficial to do so D7 or later rather than on D5. Trying to rip him off is possible and would be a Contested Commerce Roll (good luck against a Basiri merchant prince), but risks jeopardising long-term relationship.]
