Yesterday, Hinami got permission from the city governor to make a quick examination over the procedures and work of the local bureaucracy branch. As a member of the department of Oversight of the Ministry of Proclamations and Protocol, Hinami, has the authority to audit the courtiers that work there. Her training, reputation and status helped her to navigate and detect some irregularities in the proper procedures for several items.
