The name on the board is "Heavenly Dumplings Originating From Eight Corners of the World Gathered Together under One Roof" but everybody considers it too pretentious and uses the abbreviated one. The selection and variety of dumplings offered is quite astounding though, as if the owners dedicated all their time after the shop closes to thinking up new ones. Perhaps this is the case. What you can eat here is xiaolongbao in baskets or boiled or fried jiaozi on a plate, or even the Sheel-style dumplings, thick from wheat flour. Locals would advise you to go for less exotic-sounding fillings as 'gazelle venison' or 'arctic shark' type require a tremendous leap of faith to believe that this is what you're actually eating. They are very good though overall, and your belly never feels cheated even if your mind is.
