Susumu rushed to the lion's side once the spider was felled. Kneeling beside him he inspected the perfored shoulder and quickly removed the shoulder plate ''You better not speak of this to anyone'' The mantis brought his lips to the wound and proceeded to suck the venom out. |

Susumu removed and spat out the venom just before it could fully take hold of Keiji. [Venom effects cancelled.] |

"Seppun-san... yes, of course that's who I meant," Keiji said ruefully. He stood with some difficulty, then wiped his blade clean before sheathing it. "I can walk," he said, projecting some confidence into his voice. "Let's get Seppun-san out of here before any more of those things shows up." |
