The Pan had changed and the streets were more crowded then ever but Susumu found some degree of solace in it. He did not enjoy a marketplace monopoly but he had to admit that the Yasuki still managed things admirably. Pad in hand, he began taking notes. He had to make sure his ship had anything it needed but also that his investments would be secure once he left. |

The Gusai was focused on his task and so did not notice Nari for quite a while. It was only when he turned around from inspecting some wares that the dog finally bumped into him. ''Well, well...don't I know you?'' he said while crouching to scratch the god behind the ears ''Where is your human? Didi he lose himself? Again?'' |

The dog licked at the man's hands and his tail wagged excitedly. After a few moments of indulging in the attention, he turned and began moving down the street. A short distance away, Miya Edogawa could be seen in discussion with a merchant. |

"On the Walrus, you mean?" He shrugged. "It depends on where I am needed. Each ship will need skilled sailors, the large ships more so. If I am needed aboard the Ahitae Maru or one of the others, then that is where I will be. You and Wata-san may not need me as much." |
