"It's hard to say." he shrugged. "It was an unfortunate loss for the Tortoise, but I think the conversion of Feitoria and the docks for use by the college and the navy went well. It made the intent and the purpose of the Explorers easier for the locals to appreciate and I think it created a few opportunities." |
