Having received a letter from Zabieru asking for a meeting, Bellena arrived at the appointed hour. She walked up the steps to the front door and knocked. It seemed to be a bit of time before anyone came though, so she looked around the area calmly as she waited... |

She nodded in return and stood there with her hands behind her back for a moment, still waiting. "So it looks like Rita and Pavo headed out before meeting the Prince eh? Sorry I couldn't be more help." She said as she tried to fill the void. |

He shrugged. "No. But, I've been rebuilding a ship for two weeks. I wouldn't be surprised if they kept it secret, if there was one. If there wasn't, I'm glad she and her family are free to set their own course." |

The door to the estate soon opened and a grim looking abertzale greeted the two samurai before taking them through the gardens towards the main home. The house rose impotently amidst the oaks, and even though it was the middle of the morning, there was an ominous feeling about the abode. The inside of the house did not dispel any feeling of unease. It was gloomy and the walls seemed to be made from an opaque greenish-grey stone; furthermore a briny smell seemed to be present. There was no doubt this was a house of a follower of the Vengeful Sea. Xabier awaited for them in the main room, swirling a glass filled with a dark red liquid. Over the hearth an imposing coat of arms hung proudly, which Bellena would quickly place as the banner of the Arrigorriagakoa. "So you have come," he smirked. "I don't think I have to explain why I have invited you, no?" |
