With Nari and Quick Lopez by his side, Edogawa walked casually through the Merenaese area. He had no destination in mind and seemed mostly lost in thought.

"Yes. With a flotilla of our size, we will need experienced sailors and laborers." he nodded. "Most of my people are still learning and will not be prepared for some challenges. As for the Tortugas, I hope that is the case. It will make things easier, if we are all working together."
