Susumu walked to the offices of his cousin Shupei. It had been a while but he did not mind...he did not enjoy spending too much time with him. While he respected the harbormaster's business acumen, he did not really enjoy his somewhat cowardly and reactive personnality. Once arrived he anounced his presence and waited in the halls |

He was soon called in. Shumpei, noticeably better dressed, pushed his spectacles up his nose as he leaned back from the manifests. "Cousin. It's been a while. State your business." He said in level tone. He probably was not fond of Susumu either. |
