Each player will have their individual Private Forums. But there won't be Clan Forums, as there is no Clan agenda for the game, nor members of the same Clan have to be accommodated together. However, the GMs will be setting up bilateral, trilateral or larger (like Clan-centric) Private Forums on request from parties concerned. For scheming, adult role-playing, whatever you like. Not the top-down structure, but what's needed.

Managing Your Individual PF

1. When filling your individual PF, please remember to make a thread dedicated to communication with the GMs. This will be where all the regular conversations about your character posted in this forum should go. This includes any pre-approval talks on your character, draft sheet, background included. We the GMs will try not to spam your other threads in PF so you can manage them as you please.

2. Your Sheet and Background should be posted in separate threads, and named exactly that. We will 'Sticky' your Sheet but it will be otherwise yours to manage. The version posted will conform to the concise standard, but if you want to add descriptions for your Advantages, Techniques etc. to it, you can do that. The same applies to any GM-approved sheet changes because of XP spending or for any other reasons. We trust you to be honest, fair and accurate with those, but please record every change and the reason for it (preferably with a link) in a separate thread. We will be reviewing those changes from time to time for the sake of integrity and accuracy of your sheet.

3. Other mandatory threads you need to make in your PF are Equipment and Basic Rolls. The first is to record all changes to your stuff and money, and you do it by yourself as well, noting the changes like spendings, acquisitions or things getting lost. This is where you can keep any elaborations on how your things look like. Basic Rolls are a set of most popular dice pools, TNs etc. you'll be using in this game, most notably those for various combat rolls. Try to keep those updated as we will be using this info to ghost you if the need arises.

4. Day/thread trackers are not mandatory. We will have your roll history in Orokos anyway. Though spellcasters and Void recyclers might be encouraged to have one to keep track of those so as to avoid mistakes and abuses. If you need one of those to keep your daily stuff organised and you would otherwise post two threads in one timeslot, then by all means make one for yourself.

5. Every time you think about making a new thread in your PF beyond those mentioned above, ask yourself if the stuff can't be effectively tracked or resolved in one of your existing threads, especially the one for communication with GMs. Thread inflation in your PF often makes things difficult for the GMs to stay on top of things.

6. During the game, it is possible for your PF to contain IC threads if the other party is one of our NPCs. Then they have to be properly labeled to stand out as such. However, unless there are very good reasons to keep it private, we would like it to be the rule that IC posting happens in public threads.
