XP Gains for Month 3 were (as far as I'm aware):
  • 4 Baseline
  • 5 Possible for Downtime
  • 1 for Event

So if you have double XP and qualify for all of that, you'd gain 20 XP total?

Let's treat boat surgeon as 3k2 Medicine Servant, and boat priests as 3k2 Path caster Servant, with 2 raises for kami scarcity. You roll if it comes up, just try not to game it by organising boat surgeon tours. Day limit on Medicine applies.

How are squad actions being handled now - do you post all actions at once, or one at a time? Both have been done in squad actions, and I'm a little confused while trying to catch up.

If they are non-interactive, they can be done at once. If they are dependent on threads/rolls/openings of possibilities (like trade, exploration etc.) they better be done gradually. Like I said earlier, fleet actions don't occur in vacuum. You can trade if you secure something to trade with. You can explore if you have freedom to go to the place where exploration can happen. Exploration actions not just generate numbers, but they are plot hooks. If you don't dedicate slots to it and actually are ready to commit role-playing attention to, that won't fly. Let's agree that Exploration actions begin D5.

As Medicine-treatment can only be benefitted from once per day, does that mean once per "condition"?

Say you're diseased, poisoned, and have wounds. Can you attempt to treat all three conditions in a single day?

Merely asking if I should roll Medicine to give Wounds back to Sanjuro or not, or if that would exclude him from having his poison treated.

What is the TN to haggle when selling alcool? Does it cost more since Sake is more rare?

Wares from the Fleet are offered half a price as base when being sold, proportionally to prices being twice per this level of Tension when bought. Sake is available because of Muhaki Moritaka's global booze enterprise, so no special advantage there. Sake is an acquired taste to peoples educated to get wasted on whiskey, rum and wine.

Cultural Dialogue/kulturkampf. Bayushi 1 you said can be used to hide identity. But is there a free raise hanging about with it? Or is it only the FR from emphasis in one of the two languages?
