I would like to point out that makes the boatswain literally useless to the smaller ships, as we don’t have enough actions to make it possible to benefit.

Also, fluffwise, drilling is a relatively longer term training investment anyway.

I'd leave it to you for dramatic purposes. Technically I wasn't ripping anyone of personal weaponry but if you wanna pile drama on Sanjuro, you can assume they sunk.

Heya, at the end of round 1 of the dream combat I'm making a Leadership roll to boost Edogawa, who is Keiji's ally. But currently Edogawa is having to make lore rolls to even join the combat. Would it be okay to apply that Leadership roll to his chance to join the fight?

Nope. But it will apply to his Init immediately when he does.

In tension there is mention that we can avoid the mark up if we haggle.

Do we need to make a roll for that? Or is that just role play? Is there an honour hit for it?

Please read how the Commerce Skill has been modified. It's done via that.

How far does an exploration thread have to go before the players can post in evening threads? For example - in the thread where we found ourselves a Crab samurai, is it safe to have later threads now?

Also - where would have the most knowledge on odd foreign languages. Is there a library of sorts?
