5.12.2017 - D11 is in. If you have some unfinished personal plots (meetings with NPCs, visions, jinn infestations, being exposition-bombed or daimyoed etc.) and you want them resolved D11 leave me a note in PF. |

9.12.2017 - I wanted to make D11 shorter but with my superbusy Thursday-Friday RL schedule no such luck. So The day change will be on Sunday. Please remember about: 1. Sorting out all your important pre-battle purchases before D12. They can be handled off-screen. 2. Taking care of being healed. 3. Taking care of your ships being prepared and equipped for confrontation. 4. Spending end-of-session XP (I make them available just now) before D12 kicks in if you want to have increased stats active for D12. 5. Stating whether you stay on the island or go for the battle. Captains and First Mates don't have the option to choose. Bushi who choose to stay have one rank of their Glory converted to Infamy. |

I was pointed out that unevenness of rewards for both battles was perceived by disadvantaged players as unfair. It is notoriously difficult to decide on proportionality of such rewards and while I had my arguments behind the difference, for the sake of good community spirit at the game's end I decided to remove it, keeping just a small penalty for failed HO/Duels (which would actually apply to the other team as well if they failed any). This was a collective effort and I should have treated it as such at the end. I keep forgetting how important even a couple of xp can be from a player's perspective even if those are given out liberally, like in this game. |

No more GM-sponsored death risks for D12, so returning Explorers can have threads back at Kameyama for LN12. |

Bets close tomorrow, and resolve as soon as I manage to write up their conclusions. As I'll be discussing results with interested parties, from 31.12.2017 we can start resolving goals. |
