Ringo would like to work with Keiji again because that worked out really well last time. He wouldn't mind working with Tori but I don't think she wants him on her boat anyways. If Rokuro offered and he couldn't get on board with the former 2 then he would have no problem with the Sparrow. He wants to study canons more but it doesn't seem like it matters which boat he is on for that.
So in order:
1. Kitsu Keiji
2. Asahina Tori
3. Suzume Rokuro
