So the western port is opened to 3 ships while the Eastern one is open to 2
Who wants what? I would like the eastern port myself

If hinami negotiated with the east and the tortoise plans to run from his duties.  Ashitae will go east, thpugh honestly I planned to stay in the waters day 4 and finish up repairs. So others can call dibs first.
