After gempukku you've been honoured with the opportunity to join one of recognised institutions of higher learning where you've been able to hone your professional skills that can further your public career. Choose up to two skills you don't have to possess beforehand that correspond with the scope of the described specialisation of the college, subject to GM approval. Calligraphy is one such skill for all colleges. Every xp spent on increasing them counts double, though points in excess of a given requirement to rank up acquired this way are lost. In addition, if you faction exercises influence over a given college this advantage grants you a single discount on a Social or Material Advantage (including this one) according to the extent of influence - 2 points if major, 1 point if minor. Imperial characters are considered to have minor influence over every college unless college description states otherwise. Details on the Colleges are here. |
