Whilst being an absolute cocky bastard and dastardly villain was a comfortable life. People tended to hate you when you did not give two rats asses about their, justly stupid, aspirations. Still sometimes extending a hand of friendship, or in the very least peace, was preferable than having to wonder how many knives hid among the shadows of mediocrity. Mediocrity would never be the word used to describe the person Xabier was going to visit though. "Please tell Doña Quijano that I'd like to meet her," he announced to the help. "Tell her an 'admirer carry a peace token' is her to see her." |

The servant quickly arrived to tell Bellena of Zabieru's arrival, but Bellena made sure that the response was delayed for several minuets. After a time she felt was enough to have annoyed the man, she sent the servant back to guide him to Bellena's door. The servant led him inside where Bellena was sitting at a table with a collection of maps and financial registers organized neatly. "Captain Xavier, a pleasure to see you." She motioned for the seat across from her, "What can I do for you this evening?" |

The man didn't seem to be aggravated, in fact, he had the same cocky smile as usual. It was almost as if he had expected to be treated like that. He extended a scroll to her. "From my collection," he smiled. "A treatise on marine fauna by a particularly rare breed. An Abertzale scholar." "Although meaner tongues might say the rarest property he had was that he was no pirate." |

She took it in her hand and nodded graciously, "So you've come to talk with me about sea slugs and eels? How fitting..." She looked at the scroll and nodded before looking up with a smile, "I take it he was a friend of yours?" |

"It looks deceptively green but not much of worth grows there. So we must move towards the ocean and make it our home. The ocean gives us food and riches; fish and whale, stone and pearls.
