Three women of character met each other approaching Hawthorne's Defiance in pursuit of traces of Malcolm Carrigan... They almost bumped into each other in the treacherous mists! |

Bellena walked in the mists with Ruqqayah towards Hawthorne's Defiance. The pair had met early before dawn and set out to follow up on the information that had been provided to them the previous night. The pair nearly bumped into a third person in the mist suddenly and Bellena looked with surprise at this new person. "Good morning Seppun-san!" |

Kaiya had been alone, not wishing to place Isabella in harms way like she had the last time.With a hand passively on her blade she was carefully making her way through once she had stumbled upon Bellena and a woman she didn't recognize, another foreign born it would appear. After gauging the two, and receiving their greetings, the woman bowed to them both. Hand remaining on her blade with an eye off to their surroundings. |

The light on the Nail illuminated them for a moment but then went toward the sea again. Still, they were not far from the community leaving in peat houses beneath the Defiance. And the path of all of them led there. |

Bellena looked at the two of them for a moment before saying, "We are here following up on a lead on a portion of the map that Yajinden-sama and Hantei-denka are looking for... Iuchi-san has been tasked to help find it by her people... We were about to inquire about a man who may be connected to Captain Hawethorne... neither one of us are trained as warriors... even if we can defend ourselves a bit. If it doesn't disrupt your purposes for being here, perhaps you would like to accompany us? One never knows what to expect from a Thrane..." |
