"I don't mind danger... If you can use more help, I'll see what else I can drum up from my own people," she nodded. "They might, ah... insist, anyway, so it might work out just as well that you can use more hands."

"It would also show that we can all stand united." he smiled. "As we should."

"Exactly. My people know themselves as followers of Shinjo, but sometimes I think they need a reminder that she didn't exist alone, and we're part of something more than just us, as well," she smiled.

"And, the Empire needs to appreciate that there are lands beyond our borders, that should not be ignored." he nodded. "Rokugan needs to understand why the Ki-Rin left and what they've gone through."

She nodded, holding her hands together. "I just hope my father will listen to me. I'm not much of a voice by myself."

"Your father?" he gave a curious look.

"Iuchi Khandagauri, the Iuchi daimyo," she clarified, looking away with a bit of embarrassment.

"What does he think of Rokugan?"

"I need to ask. I do know he's aligned with Moto Hulagu right now, but that's for other reasons as far as I'm aware. Hulagu is..." She frowned to herself.

"I'm sorry. I really don't know anything about your leaders." He apologized.

"He's aggressive. If he's in charge, he'll probably start a war," she sighed.
