We are in Dragon's Guard City. The Imperial matchmaker is having a party where's she's assessing people and certain people are saying some stuff that has created a stir. There's also an event looking for a gunso over the Musketmen who will travel with the fleet.
Pre-game stuff... maybe? Ask Kannon.

How to make a terrible play with three characters even worse?
Have it be about three sparrow instead. Also, have them all talking at once. Also, offer courtesy yams to the audience. Also, have a sparrow narrator as well. Also-*Shot*
