I assumed it did, but it occurred to me that the questions aren't specific to Dragon's Guard.

I could go with either interpretation but since players went with 'the type counts once' in their rolls, let's stick to it.

In captains exam event, what does "exhaust the list" mean? More simply: At what point can I roll the same skill again? I'd assume it's only if you've made rolls at all the options posted, but maybe I'm too absolute on exhaustion.

This had been my original intention, but the player practice made it 'exhaust the five, then you can return to favourites'. We'll roll with that.

If I were to win command of one of the ships, adding it to my flotilla, would it be poorly received for Tori to keep the Stingray to command directly, and appoint someone else in command of the larger vessel, or would she be expected to declare the big, shiny, new one as her flagship and appoint someone else over the Stingray?

If I appoint someone else over a ship I 'own,' how do duty points work in that regard? I'd be lending them command of the ship, but can they allocate duty points toward that ship's development and manning?

Short answer: it's politics.

Long one: If Jama awards you a big ship after you've taken part in the exam and you tell him that you want your small one back in direct command, then imagine his reaction. But if you move to the big, the Stingray will have another captain appointed. You don't have an exclusive say about it because you are as much a part of the Imperial Navy as the next person there but your voice who you prefer it to be from available candidates will be considered. There's no concurrent command of both ships.

Non-fixtures from DP spendings on the old ships i.e. crews, supplies can be moved to the new one.
