The conditions of entering the Station are met, yes. You can start spending Duty Points.

I'd say I have guidelines. Think about a hybrid between a bigger junk and a carrack, more toward the latter. It'd be great if descriptions were provided by the players as long as:

a) they would make spacial sense
b) not be too flamboyant
c) were corresponding what was spent on the ship in terms of Duty Points

They are large vessels + foreign design + location (DGC). Rest has to be paid for, whatever you want there, in terms of crews, cargo, etc.
